So I've been on the phone all day re-activating my utilities and re-opening accounts with the gas company, phone company, etc. I called Urban Cableworks to schedule an appointment to get cable and internet installed in my new place and the woman on the phone (who goes by the androgenous "Ms. Woody") was like so excited to set everything up that I almost thought that she hadn't received any phone calls all day. First we discussed payment options, then she asked me about why I closed the old account and when I was like "i'm a college student, went home for the summer, blah blah blah..." she nearly had a coronary. She was all "well we have some FANTASTIC DEALS FOR COLLEGE KIDS!" Sure enough, i get all my installations for free simply because I said the secret word and the duck fell down. So Ms. Woody was the highlight of my day.
